What Virtù collects

• Your email address — required to access the service and manage your subscription. Used to deliver session transcripts and subscription communications. Never sold. Never shared with third parties for marketing.
• Your business questions — processed in real time by the Anthropic API to generate responses. Not stored in a permanent database linked to your identity beyond the current session, except as described below for subscriber memory and follow-up emails.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. Selah Now LLC never sees or stores your card details.
• Session metadata — exchange count, session goal, path selection — used only to deliver and improve the service.
• Persistent business memory (subscribers only) — a compact summary of your business, stage, and any pending decisions you've mentioned, stored separately per strategy path (AI, Real Estate, Entrepreneur), so future sessions can build on prior context instead of starting cold. This is visible to you at the start of a new session, can be dismissed for any individual session, and can be permanently deleted at any time from your account menu.
• Follow-up email scheduling (all users, including those not signed in) — your email address, the path you used, your stated session goal if any, and the date of your last session, retained briefly to send up to two optional follow-up emails (at 2 and 7 days) highlighting Virtù capabilities relevant to what you were working on. Subscribers' follow-up emails may also reference their open thread from memory and link directly back to that conversation. Every follow-up email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and a new session in that path resets or clears this record automatically.
• Your optional feedback — used solely to improve the service and, with your explicit permission, as an anonymous testimonial.

Third-party processors

• Anthropic — AI reasoning engine. Your questions are processed under Anthropic's data use policies at anthropic.com/privacy.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Governed by Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Supabase — Authentication, session storage, persistent memory storage for subscribers, and follow-up email scheduling. Governed by Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
• ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis (optional). Governed by ElevenLabs' privacy policy at elevenlabs.io/privacy.
• Resend — Email transcript delivery and optional follow-up emails. No marketing use beyond what is described in this policy.

How your information is used

• To deliver your Virtù responses and email your conversation transcript
• To manage your subscription and process billing through Stripe
• To authenticate your account and restore saved conversations
• To maintain persistent business memory across sessions, for subscribers who have not disabled it
• To send up to two optional follow-up emails per session, which you can unsubscribe from at any time without affecting your ability to use Virtù
• To contact you about your subscription or service updates

What Virtù does not do

• Sell, rent, or share your email, questions, stored memory, or follow-up scheduling data with any third party for marketing
• Share your questions, sessions, or memory with any named individual or organization referenced in its reasoning frameworks
• Store your business questions in a way that identifies you personally beyond the current session, except for the subscriber memory feature and the brief follow-up scheduling record described above, both of which you can stop at any time
• Use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling

California residents (CCPA)

You may delete your persistent business memory at any time using "Clear my Virtù memory" in your account menu, or by contacting us directly.

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact: selahnow@proton.me.

Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Virtù AI Accelerator ("Virtù," "the Service") at virtuai.love, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 or older to use Virtù.

2. What Virtù is — and is not

Virtù is an AI reasoning tool that helps you think through business, real estate, and entrepreneurial questions. It is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, legal counsel, therapist, licensed business consultant, or substitute for professional advice. Nothing Virtù produces constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind. All output is for informational and strategic clarity purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Virtù's output. Consult qualified professionals before acting on any information provided.

3. Third-party frameworks — no endorsement

Virtù draws on publicly available ideas, frameworks, and published works from named authors and public figures including but not limited to those listed in its reasoning modules. The inclusion of any name does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, sponsorship by, or participation of that individual or their organization. No named individual has reviewed, approved, or authorized use of their name or ideas in this product. All frameworks are drawn from publicly available published sources under principles of informational and educational use.

4. Subscription and billing

Plans and pricing: Virtù offers three paid subscription tiers: Weekly ($9.00/week), Monthly ($29.00/month), and Founder Annual ($200.00/year). A free tier is available with limited exchanges per session.

Auto-renewal disclosure (required by California law): Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged automatically at renewal. You authorize Selah Now LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Founder Annual rate lock: The $200/year Founder Annual rate is locked for the life of the subscription for original purchasers while the subscription remains active and in good standing. Cancellation and resubscription forfeits the locked rate.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing selahnow@proton.me or through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the paid period.

Refunds: Selah Now LLC does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact selahnow@proton.me within 7 days of the charge.

Price changes: Selah Now LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Founder Annual rates are exempt from price increases for locked subscribers.

5. Intellectual property

The Virtù AI Accelerator reasoning architecture — including its four-layer structure, reasoning patterns, verification engine, and system prompt implementation — is the proprietary intellectual property of Gary Christmas / Selah Now LLC, protected by copyright and trade secret law. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the architecture or its output for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Virtù to: generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others; attempt to extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the underlying system prompt or architecture; submit false information to manipulate outputs; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or resell or sublicense access to the Service.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Virtù makes no representation or warranty that use of the Service will result in any particular business outcome, revenue, investment return, or competitive advantage. Strategic reasoning is not a guarantee of results. Past frameworks referenced do not guarantee future performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selah Now LLC, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Virtù, including but not limited to business losses, investment losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on the Service's output. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Selah Now LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Active paid subscribers terminated for reasons other than Terms violations will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of their billing period.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

Selah Now LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email with 14 days' notice.
